From startup to approximately 18,000 subscribers, then applied to community fiber.
Beginning in 2000, members of our leadership team founded and grew iFIBER Communications from startup to approximately 18,000 subscribers. Today, GigSpeed applies that experience to help network owners create strong customer relationships, increase adoption, and build sustainable operations.
We understand that successful broadband requires more than construction. It requires clear accountability across marketing, sales, onboarding, billing, support, network coordination, and field operations, and a team willing to own the customer experience.
